Care Taking for your Probiotic buddies
We recommend getting your kombucha to the fridge by end of day. The shelf life of the kombucha is 6 months in the fridge and carbonation tends to last about 2 weeks once opened.
Kombucha does not necessarily go bad, however when at room temp for days at a time it will wake up, continue to ferment, and begin to evolve from what we made for you. It will become more acidic and possibly produce ethanol if the lid is closed in the process
SHIPPING & RECYLCES
We will deliver each Sunday following an order. This way you are set for your week. If you would like to recycle your bottles with us please put them out the night before as we can deliver very early Sunday morning
